When you name the transportory stone it reverts back to original name after logging off.
afaik, you need to name the stone before igniting it, otherwise it reverts 
They should still fix it so that you can rename it no matter what 
Probably worthwhile to double check that you confirmed the edit as well
Just un ignit it rename it then reignite.

I renamed my Stones AFTER igniting them and never had to rename them again.
Every time I log in, they still display their correct name.

Same, never had this issue. However, I’m not on the test server, so perhaps this is a new issue with the test server. On multiple PlayStation official servers.
