So i just recently got the new pack and game and such on my pc and now i am trying to get the gurnakhi dire wolf and the undead horse and i have all the things needed but it is not letting me craft it. it acts like it is but nothing happens

I assume you’re using it on an undeployed pet?
i tried it on a wolf i just pulled out of the pen
