Twitch drops knowlage is GONE

Bug Description:

Twitch drops knowlage is gone past two days, so i can not craft weapons (blood crystal katana, blood crystal chakrams, ā€¦) or use allready crafted one i have on me. Other twitch drop knowlage gone too (watchers armor set, ā€¦). Twitch account is linked to me. But i dont see Conen Exiles game available on twitch page under All Campaings where all games are available.

Bug Reproduction:

can not equip twitch drops weapons and not craft twitch drops weapons

Same here. According to my Twitch settings, the connection to Conan Exiles is still active. The connection is also confirmed in the game menu itself. Itā€™s been like this since at least February 2nd.

Same here - hope they fix it - i use a lot of the stuff.

Possible solution, but I donā€™t have time to test right now (it worked for me a couple of years back, but that was just me, whereas this seems to be a lot of people all at once so might be a different problem) - in the past re-linking my Twitch account fixed the problem, might work here again?

Since the drops are not in my twitch account to see anymore - because most of them are way back - I am reluctant to test re-linking the account- what if then all is good for good?
Since it seems to be a problem for nor just me, i guess iĀ“ll wait an hope for teh best.

Happened to me too. Relinked my Twitch account in-game and on Steam, no luck. The drops are just gone.

Iā€™ll chime in here and also say that my drops are also gone. I was originally thinking this may have been a twitch issue since the items were no longer showing up in my twitch drops inventory, so I actually opened a ticket with twitch support. They replied and said that drops more than 6 months old are no longer shown in twitch drops inventory, but that shouldnā€™t impact your in-game items, so if that is true, the problem seems to be on Funcomā€™s side.

I even tried unlinking and re-linking my twitch account, then restarting my game client, but no luckā€¦

Are others here having this problem going to open Zendesk tickets or do we hope that this thread picks up steam and someone at funcom notices it?

I checked:

Twitch status :white_check_mark:
Cloudfare (Steam) :white_check_mark:
Azure Playfab (API tied to authentication through Funcom Live Services, I believe) :white_check_mark:

That doesnā€™t mean something isnā€™t wrong somewhere down the line.

Is this happening for all? Consoles and PC?

Every 6 months or so seems like thereā€™s a Twitch drop problem.

I am on PC/Steam, and unfortunately I only know other players who are also on PC/Steam, but Iā€™ve started asking around in the discord community Iā€™m in, to see if anyone else is also having trouble.

I have the same problem. All that was on twitch is gone.

PS5 Console player checking in, same here. Relinking accounts and restoring licenses does not work. Drop knowledge is gone.

Use the Game-Specific Missing Drops Feature

For games like Rust, visit twitch.facepunch.com and click ā€œCheck for Missing Dropsā€ after linking your Steam account. This can reissue items that didnā€™t appear in your inventory. Ensure you own the game on the linked platform, and note that drops older than 180 days may expire.

Having the same problem here too. Hopefully, itā€™s just funcom needing to unlink the items in order to rebuild a database or something of that nature. Iā€™ll give it a week or two before filing a report on it.

The twitch drops and bazaar system is not good at all. We are dependent of connection and conan servers to have these items. Unlike DLC items, available even in offline.
Funcom shoud change bazzar systemā€¦Itā€™s items we paid forā€¦

Also, it seem We canā€™t connect to our own self-hosted server, even though we shouldnā€™t be dependent on Funcomā€™s servers. This is a major problem; Funcom should fix it.
Juste the possibility to use game and items we just paid for how we want toā€¦
