Can’t quite tell you right now, all it sayd was UE4 - Fatal Error. Just unistalled from the External Drive to try and install it on the actuall PC. This solved me the problem with Black Desert once, maybe helps here aswell.
Well, Apparently Uninstalling from the External Driver and Installing in the actual PC solved the problem… For now at least. I managed to enter the game with no Errors.

Oh, had I know you were running the game from USB, I would have told you to adjust that ha ha. Glad you found your solution.
