Unable to access items bought using Crom Coins or earned using the Battle Pass

Bug Description:

Ever since Age of War Chapter 2 came out the game takes over 5 minutes to load up and it can’t access the Challenges, Bazaar, or the Battle Pass. Anything earned through the Battle Pass or bought with Crom Coins that were added to Ancestral Knowledge is missing or unusable.

Bug Reproduction:

All I did was start the game after Age of War Chapter 2 came out.

I believe you have to be logged into the internet for those purchases to be enabled. Not like the old DLC items. @Ixen

If it’s coming up as black screens with ‘unable to load, try force quitting to your console Home Screen, then loading Conan back up and giving it a few seconds once you’re back in your game
