I am unable to login on the website to see account status, this with all my accounts. But I can log into the game with the same details.

I managed to login once more on the account, then I logged out. However the second I tryed to login again I had the same issue? This is truly weird.
Classic session token issue — the site probably isn’t clearing the auth state properly after logout, so the second login attempt hits a stale or conflicting session. Try clearing cookies specifically for the Funcom domain before logging in again. Had a similar thing happen with another game portal and that fixed it immediately. For platforms managing user authentication at scale, proper session handling is something tools like Phonexa get right on the data side.
Sadly enough that did not fix the issue. It even happens when I try to login on different devices.
I guess not even admins - devs - mods - … check these forums?
For all the people that have the same issue in the future. This is a IP bug. The only ways to get around is by either restarting your router, going threw a vpn, or using 4G/5G.
