Unable to loot bodies when looking at them

Game mode: Online PVE

Problem: Since the latest update I am unable to loot a NPC by looking at their body and using X to loot. I have to open the menu using square and then loot by pressing R2.

Region: America server 3730

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Kill a NPC
  2. Stand above their body
  3. Use the left D Pad to scroll over an item
  4. Use the X button to attempt to loot the highlighted item

If you notice the in game tips, they changed that and crafting to o from x. But quick loot is having issues besides that depending on what you are looting and how close you stand.
