Unable to move forawrd on main mission line

I am on Tier 19 of Black Sun, Red Sand but I am in Egypt instead of the crossing ice flows place (not sure what to call it). Anyway I tried to get back into pyramid but will not allow it so unable to progress. Any ideas?

Tried in game petition but seems not to be monitored.

In Agartha, there is a portal to the left of the Station Master. That portal is usually empty, but it turns into a portal for story mission instances in cases like these.
