Unable to place wedge foundations on top of wedge floors

For over an hour I have not been able to place wedge foundations on top of wedge floors (not that I have any idea whether I ever was able to do that since I don´t believe I had ever tried before), even though I just got a response on the steam forum from a moderator that this was an issue that has been long resolved, and so I am reporting it here anew. No problems placing square foundations on square floors, but I am not able to place wedge foundations ANYWHERE on ANY wedge floors, no matter what I try. Tried building around the spots, not building around the spots, looking from different heights, distances and angles, relogging, nothing helps. It almost seems like this either is intended (for reasons unknown, yet sure to be puzzling to me since it works fine with squares) or it just hasn´t actually been fixed, either of which puzzles me. I would much appreciate if someone could explain what this whole thing is about and if there is a bug involved, report it and have it fixed

2. Try to place a triangle foundation on top of it
3. Try not to cry
4. Cry a lot

That has been known for very long time don’t know if that is even on their plans to change.

Well their moderator steitsch claimed it had been long resolved and referred me here O.o Well if it is a feature, I will probably make (another) post about it in suggestions, because this is really stupid and really pointless unless I am missing something here.
