This is more of a Misc Building issue, but i’ve found out when using the stormglass stuff, that the game won’t let me place foundation fence peices over the triangle foundations. Which is really offputting because it’s not allowing me to build a few structures how i need to.
I know if this issue as well. What designs / tricks are you trying to accomplish? “Maybe” i can help.

Also, does this happen repeatedly, or is it just an issue where, due to the floating-in-own-base bug, where it thinks those foundations somehow aren’t there, that it would disallow fencebuilding, but if you depart for a while and come back, it might work?
There is another bug if you were near that piece it would bug out saying you are blocked but switch to another one and back and you should be able to place it correctly

Hey here’s a screenshots with the examples. This also applies to all building pieces i believe. Once a fence foundation peice has been placed on one side it won’t let you place the other one correctly.

Pretty much once one is placed on one side, it won’t let you place any fence pieces on the opposite side
This is due to the anti-exploit thing they introduced back in like, 2019. To clarify, I mean this is a side effect of anti-exploit behaviors.
It’s how all (or almost all) Triangle Foundations with Fence Foundations work. Don’t think they have any plans to change this due to the rampant use of exploits that it originally caused.
