Bug Description:

So when I died at the meltwater crog my game suddenly crashed when I log back in I didn’t see my death Stone near the camp then when I died again near icespire cavern there was no death statue there either

Seeing you’re in single player, adjust your server settings so you no longer drop items on death. As for the missing gear, either craft replacements or use admin commands to spawn them back in.
