Unable to subscribe to Patron status

I don’t know what the problem is, so i must ask something.

I want to subscribe to Patron status.
I play through Steam, I have enough money in my Steam Wallet, and I enabled the Steam Overlay.
But when I click to the Patron icon, and to Subscribe, I get a message, that “Your account is restricted to only one purchase per day.”
But I didn’t purchase anything so I don’t understand the message.
I wrote a message, my Funcom Customer Service Ticket Number is [Funcom #1087011].
