Subscribe to Patron Status

I want to subscribe to Patron status.
I play through Steam, I have enough money in my Steam Wallet
But when I click to the Patron icon, and to Subscribe, I get a message, that “Your account is restricted to only one purchase per day.”
But I didn’t purchase anything so I don’t understand the message.
I wrote a message, my Funcom Customer Service Ticket Number is “[Funcom Support #1088261]”
