Upgraded Altar, Lost Stability -- Any Way to Replace Items?

I upgraded my altar and it went poof. The stuff was in a loot bag but I didn’t know the bag would expire so quickly. The only thing I am concerned about is the 600 or so marks of zeal. Is there any appeal process to have them look at the issue and replace items?

That’s what I as afraid of - thanks :frowning: Pushes me closer to abandoning the official servers and just running my own – it’s like 20 lost hours or something.
