Quite a few missions cannot be started as they require various Story missions to have been completed. In particular, this occurs with The Broadcast. The SMS from Dave Screed which grants The Broadcast appears after interacting with the FATE in the tutorial dream and loading into Agartha. However, upon listening, the error: “This mission is only available during Samhain. Must have completed Black Sun, Red Sand.” is displayed and the SMS reappears, similar to what occurs in the Live version of the game when a player is under level 50. As a result this mission cannot be tested.
It’s the unavailability of the Samhain content that’s stopping you from proceeding, not “Black Sun, Red Sand”. That is definitely completed as it’s necessary for you to get access to the Transylvania Agartha portals and onwards.
At a guess, I would say that the Dave Screed mission triggering at all for the player is an oversight; same with the Rosenbaum one. I think that they are leftovers in this testlive set up from some earlier round of testing. Did you see other missions that couldn’t be completed that weren’t related to seasonal content?
Yes, though with the Open Beta finished I cannot check to provide a full list. Off the top of my head, I believe The Pickup (from Che Hansson in KM) also was listed as inaccessible for similar reasons after completing Rolls Downhill as a pre-requisite, but I can’t verify that at the moment.

Thats likely due to how we get pushed through the story, so we can reach content that needs testing, Tank Commander being the big reason we need a push, but also to reach The Broadcast, and winter champions.
The Broadcast is a concern, since we actually need to test it, but im sure it will see a fix for future rounds =)

These are scaling missions, and as such part of the changes =). Normal story missions however are not the focus.
Scaling content
Occult Defense, S&P, The Broadcast, Rosenbaum Valentine, Fog and Mirrors, Tank Commander, Faction Missions, Winter Champions, Dungeons, DA, Raid.
Aside from stuff that Scales, some might also have some MBs that they can test. Unless i forgot some patchnotes, the MBs werent changed, but with the new healer/tank balance they might need a change, so good to test.
They did claim changes to lair loot scaling which I guess justifies a test of the whole stack.
