Bug Description:
Learned 3 different vault sigils (decorative piece) and showed in Feats. One will disappear. Go back to the vault to re-learn it. Then a different vault sigil disappears the next time I look.
Expected Behavior:
Learn a feat permanently.

Feat disappears from all feat menu, go back to the vault to relearn it and another disappears.
