I am unable to save my max resolution settings no matter what. I tried to reinstall the game, clean folder, clean install. Run as admin, etc. Not sure where else to edit some user config file or something? Any ideas?
Maybe some other app is interfering? I usually have around 150 fps but the nvidia app restricted it to 30 fps after an update, i had to turn it off manually.
i installed fresh copy of windows 11, did all windows, graphics, and all other driver updates. Game still cannot even launch. get stuck loading character. I have not even looked into the graphics issue. I am done.
Try a VPN and see if it works, or some other internet connection (different provider), your cell phone or some friend/ relative.
If you don’t sit through the logging-out process, where your character sits down, many settings won’t be stored.
