Is anyone else having trouble placing benches? I’m trying to place some carpenters benches and I keep getting the message on screen “view obstructed”. There’s nothing in the way and I had it in this spot once before with no problem.
My second problem is that my server is dead, as in I’m the only one on it. This is not normal.
I think FC did a big boo-boo here with this update. How do they save the day you might ask ?
Give us back server transfers and we could possibly be in a forgiving mood.
Try pulling your bracelet. If that doesn’t work quit the game, go to manage game and addons, clear the cache. If that doesn’t work you might have to wait until server reset which is annoying af.
@Rust I got it to place outside. It’s something to do with the low ceiling I guess coz I’m open air they place fine but in a room with a 1 block height ceiling the view gets obstructed.
Not a solution. Even if you place it out there, you can’t place it later where you want it. This is indeed a bug.
It is but you can work around it. No more low ceilings and if you’re in caves or temples sometimes there’s some permastructure that will cause it but ever since I just started doing my ceilings 2 blocks high again I haven’t had any problems. No more hermitic hi it holes.
