We will do that, it will be a bit before I can respond, server is down at the moment doing backups and making sure everything is running smooth with the new
DLC :slight_smile: but will message once it is back up and we test.

Sorry for how late this is, but can advise it has not been fixed, we are getting more and more fatal errors this time around and voip is still being un kind. The reason response is so late is we had our server down to allow for updates to roll in, did a fresh full restart of server waited for it to be stable and us admins went in. Watch our players log in… and then drop out due to fatal errors… Where at this time we have about 40 or more players we had maybe 3 able to stay in the rest load in… fatal error out, and those that get to stay in voip is not working. Maybe 1 out of three has voip.

i get this one a lot when i exit to main menu.

Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x877A0006 - ‘HUNG’)

Hey @CaptShae

Taking into account the error logs you’re showing to us, this might be related to some mod after all. If possible, could you try disabling them and enabling them one by one to try to isolate the culprit?

Right, I think the fatal error issue and the voip must be two separate problems that just so happened to occur along-side one another, based on what I’m hearing.

when im able to i will definitely do this. at the moment though i cannot load into any server…

i have a technical frustration. its a well known one but im at my wits end.

Failed to join requested game.
when i try again right away:
could not connect to server. authentication failed.

i have been trying now for 5 hours. (im stubborn…)

i have done the following in many different orders and combinations:
restart Conan
restart Steam
restart computer
verified integrity of files
Updated windows
Relogged into steam
Sacrificed my first born to Crom
poured lemon juice on open wounds
stood outside with a fork in hand during a thunderstorm

Now: i was able to log into a 20 slot server ive never been in before.

Then i got caulky and tried to log in to another server i have been in before. no luck.
then tried my reg server (nethermoon).
no luck.
Tried logging in to my single player with same mods as nethermoon
successful.

i am unsure as to what im doing wrong. Any advice would be appreciated.
so far i have not heard of others having this problem. it may be isolated to me, which makes me think its a problem with my setup.

I don’t think it’s isolated, I’ve been in the same boat on my server for over a month. Same error message about failing to connect

its day 4 or 5 of not being able to connect to a server for me. i can access single player only

Hey @CaptShae

This seems to be a different issue from the one regarding VoIP altogether. Just in case as a general troubleshooting, have you tried disabling all mods and trying to log into an official server to see if you get any errors? (make sure to enable BattleEye).
