Walking on top of fences

Why is it possible to walk on top of fences? I’ve built a base with several foundations on top of each other with anti climb/fences on each layer. when climbing I fall down as espected. If I land on top of the fence I can walk arround and get in to the base. I think you should fall down if you hit the top of the fence as well as when you touch the sides.

it’s dificult build a good defense, always anyone can use doble jump and walk throught your wall.
