In the Warmaker’s Refuge, The Gatekeeper does not drop the key. The bosses do not drop the statues and the Warmaker does not drop Scrap metals.

Looks like RNGesus is on vacation in Warmaker’s Refuge! 
The Gatekeeper forgot the key, the bosses left the statues at home, and the Warmaker decided to keep all the Scrap metals for themselves.
Yes, but I don’t think any of them would affect that.
This last update changed how the entire loot/drop system functions, so any mod that did anything for any reason with any kind of loot table, drop, item, sorting or whatever can break the loot system. Disable all mods, see if the problem persists.
