Warning Error/Failed to, I can not connect to Modded servers

I am trying to connect to the modded server. My mate connects just fine, He is in the USA I am in Canada. The server is closer to me. Everytime I try to connect I get an error of either failed to connect, or a pop up white box warning along the lines of ConansandBox etc etc mods not validated etc. Or Fail to authenticate.

Things I have tried:

Enabling Battle eye on the private server.
Uninstalling Steam and moving it to another drive.
Uninstalling Conan exiles- reinstalling again 3rd time as I type this out.
Verifying game files via Steam.
Installing mods one by one.
Checking mod load order.
Running Conan as an administrator.
Unsubscribing from all Steam workshop mods. Re subscribing.

I am sort of out of ideas. * Sighs* Please send help.

Any modded server or server with many mods? If you have a weaker pc, you may have issues connecting to servers running heavy mods.
