Was there a stealth nerf on the heavy armor since Khitan drop?

Making heavy armor on an offical server used to get me like 300 AR now I get 289. Was there a stealth nerf to bring it down to Khitan levels?

Maybe its just me and I was not paying attention but i am pretty sure I was getting 300(regular)- 320(flawless) using a named NPC.

Did you respec stats at any point and not create the same redistribution? Or did you lose a warpaint/elixer buff?
