Hmm… kind of a bummer in some regards. I brought over feroxic weapons to EL, but didn’t get the recipe for them. Basically, I may be screwed on those. As for any eldarium recipes I own, if I can’t repair them with kits, I’m also screwed as I only have a finite amount of eldarium. Wow… talk about annoying changes. 
Same difference. What i am stating is lower durabilty on tiers will mean more repair/replacing. Dont know how much it actually matters in balance, but to hear it on the forums, ,durability and repair changes are a significant game changer 
there may be a bug (or intended???) on the repair material way, as some have reported it only goes to the base max of weapon, instead of the max when you use a t4 thrall
Oddly enough, it’s always been this way for the bindings of the dead. I remember my first repair on a 20k+ bindings and it only went to about 15k (normal). Wasn’t a deal breaker, but admittedly a bit disappointing.
