As you can see this is the top of the forum page on an Android mobile device. Parts at the top not being fully displayed.
Not really an in game bug, but didn’t know where to post it lol
If you mean the message, you should be able to scroll it. It’s a general welcome notice. It does look bumped up though.

Maaan, I thought I fixed this a while back. You could try closing the banner topic (the blue box at the top)? I have mine turned off now so it looks “fine” but I can look into how to solve it.
I can’t scroll any further up - that was as far as it went, so unable to see the full notification banner nor able to close the banner.
