I’ve never seen this happen before in the Exiled Lands. Is this a bug?

Cool. Can I travel to Siptah now?
Also no. It’s tied to the event Yoggoth summoning - an event that replaces thralls in a camp with storm-things (Migo experiments & Migo fly things)
They drop recipe fragments that can, in theory, get you any recipe in the game.

Its an event (called surge I think). It was originally in Isle of Siptah but now its been moved to exiled lands as well along with some other events. This one is always in Scavengers berth. Go take a look.

The bugs hit hard. Take a thrall with high health, use a shield and carry lots of aloe potion. Place down a spawn mat in case of death. If you get in a pickle you can jump on top of the tents for a break. Good luck.
