Siptah stuff in exiled lands

I just finished the event tentaclemonster at the north end of betrayers bridge, and got among other things
“Unstable ???”. Looking at the wiki this is supposed to be used at some kinda siptah altars, except we dont have any in exiled lands that I know of.

Does this stuff have a use in exiled lands yet? Anyone know?

Nope, no use thus far.

Unless you admin-spawn a Convergence trap onto the Exiled Lands. Apparently its purge management features still work.
