after the last patch we can’t build with fence mode anymore, fine, but it’s two years I’m on my server and I have a base full of fences? risk the ban? what should I do?
Fence stacking is now viewed as an exploit, so they removed it from the game. Bases that used the old method weren’t wiped, but can be considered “lag intensive” and are possibly subject to admin wipes and/or outright bans. My thoughts on the matter aside, keeping the stacked fences that you currently have is risking a ban.
Rebuild it, don’t take the chance.
About a month ago I rebuilt my main PVE base just for fun. Two weeks ago I rebuild my PVP bases on all three PVP servers I’m on. All just for the fun of it. It’s easy and now with the new pick-up mechanic most of the stuff is reusable. You can even take the opportunity to relocate. I noticed that relocating on Siptah from the far east to the far west essentially changed the nature of the game which was a refreshing surprise.
1 year and a half of construction and effort, 100k pieces made up, we just need to pick up the pieces again and then at the next update find that the funcom rides me again and in another way. thanks funcom for raiding us, and letting us throw a year of our life down the toilet, more than I have already thrown it in a game. wait for the ban. thanks to all. good game everyone
