This was also the problem with them… the damage output alone for a 60 second god should not level into someones base that took countless hours to build. I believe this is why they removed them temporarily to figure out a way to correct this
No, they removed them because they were being duped, then stashed in a way to hide them on the map.
The damage is balanced considering you can get a bubble to stop them. And actually explosives did the trick as well, if you laced them in you outer wall.

Sounds like you have a huge bias against alpha clans that PvP well…
I would just like to reiterate how lame the game is without Gods.
All these fence foundation and block foundation stacked bases are a joke and break the game. It’s possible to create a base that becomes, on a surface level for inexperienced players, a mathematically arduous raid.
Gods would remove that issue.
I do not care about any more DLC and at this point I will be refusing to purchase any more DLC for pc or ps4.
You wanna talk about server performance? Have any of the devs bothered to go look at the official servers lately? Funcom doesnt want to pay people to police the servers, i get that, so they gave an option to file reports. Great. What about the official servers where it’s just one clan… and they have a land claim that goes from one edge of the map to the other. Think they’ll report themselves?
Before anyone goes, “But the exploits!” I would like remind you we now have a way to file reports on official servers.
Just give us Gods back already Funcom. This is a joke at this point…
I went to an official #1588 yesterday for a look, a clan has landclaimed from the dregs all the way to sepermeru, before i lost interest in the server. The base is disgusting and causes major frame drops. It needs a Jhebbal Sag to fix it.

Oddly enough I have a character on 1588 and yea… from one end of the map to the other. North, South, East and West… all land claimed by one clan

The whole point is that they’re useful in PVP. They have zero practical use in PVE(-C).
Correcto pero si hay un abuso que los desactiven asta encontrar el problema para ser activados en pvp pero de mientras los demás comflictos que los activen, si yo no estoy encontrá si no a favor de ser utilizados

Even when Avatars return, I am not so sure they really are going to make that much of a difference in the grand scheme of things. Why?
The alpha clans are all well established on official servers and they merely just have to shut down anyone from getting an avatar. In the off chance some opposing clan happens to get one, they have 6 hours to use it, which means they have to use it on the same day they spawn it. And the location of said avatar is shown on the map.
Which means good luck getting anywhere even close to an alpha base with one…
