It seems that the place with a couple of NPCs where the Specialist Brewing II recipe book was (by the Mounds of the Dead), was replaced with an obelisk that gives corruption. Does anyone know where this recipe is located now?

About 2 weeks ago when I checked, it was still in same place. (it was hard to see cuz smog of corruption)
Make sure you check there again, and if it’s not idk
