I found rare spice most on following places: Buccaneer Bay, Mound of the dead, Unnamed City

The drop rate has plummeted. For awhile, it was almost ubiquitous. Rare Spice being more common than regular Spice… which means not rare at all. Now it lives up to it’s name. Has any checked to see if Spice and Rare Spice count as a commodity for the treasure hoard?

Rare spice is a common drop from skeletons now. You can tell which ones were pirates in life. Do Warmakers and you will have stacks. And no, it doesn’t count as treasure.
