Where is the 'Chimney Wallout' building piece located?

I saw this in someones tower.

Its like a bump out in the wall.

When i looked at the piece, it was called, “Chimney Wallout”.

I’ve looked all over for it and cant find it.

I have all of the DLC’s.

How do i get this piece?

Black Lotus Bazaar, it was included in the Sandstone set 2. If it’s not available now (I haven’t checked the Bazaar for some time), it will return at some point in the future.

I buyed the sandstone set 2 if I remember correct. Like @Kapoteeni said it’s a bazzar purchase. Like @drukuku I love sandstone builds, actually I love all the tiers . They are awesome pieces and really RP.
If you put a cap it produces smoke too.

I bought the set but haven’t actually built anything with it yet. Does the indoors piece connect to a fireplace or anything?

I didn’t try on fireplace yet.

I used it more for pillar decoration than chimney!
It attaches between walls or in the middle of one. You can swift indoor outdoor and you need the first piece as you see on the tower left to start rizing chimney pillars! I am still in the learning process too, I can’t provide full feedback for these pieces but surely they have more creative uses than chimneys . Unfortunately I am still on ps4 and I constantly crush on single player, I cannot do anything there . So all my experience comes from online gaming that I cannot just focus in one thing. This is probably the building @SirGreenDay talks about on 8080.
@Kapoteeni, if you can play in single player, can you please experiment more and share?
