BS, it was changed from online to offline before they went on vacation in July. The only reason they have changed this is to hide the fact that the purges are not working correctly and that your thralls do not work correctly. There is no other reasonable explanation for changing this, they come up with all sorts of excuses and now they say it is by design, yea right.
