This is about The Secret World, there was no topic for it. I have somehow gotten locked out of my game and told my pw is wrong. I have requested repeatedly for a reset pw link. INstead, I have gotten an email with a fake link to a page that gives an error message with no reset link. No matter what I keep getting the broken page link. I do not want to go onto Ebay to repurchase this game. Someone, well familiar with Funcom, said I’d never get any help, just accept that year long sub and all the chapters i purchased was money thrown away, and rebuild from the beginning all over again with a new account. I’ve had it for years and don’t want to buy all the episodes again. I am also done with clicking broken webpages that start alerts on my pc. I have also surfed the Funcom website with no help. ok ya’ll, here’s to FUNCOMPETENCE!
