When i loose connection from live services for no reason while i play single player, i don’t ever loose dlcs, but the bp and bazzar items always.
If i start my game now offline i will have my dlcs, but not the bp and bazzar. I didn’t check about twitch drops.
So basically everything before Tencent seem to be attached to my account right now even offline. But that’s on PlayStation, i don’t know about pc.

On PC, as far as I know, DLCs are not handled by FLS entitlements, but by Steam. So you should still have access to the old cultural DLCs.
Twitch drops would be unavailable, though.

That is good to know @stelagel and @CodeMage. I thought that if you entered in offline mode it disabled all items with the “DLC” tag and did not discriminate between the two. I remember when the BLB first went live the watcher items such as the table and chairs were not craftable for weeks while they were sorting out what was and was attached to the shop via FLS and all that. Prior to it those items never had that DLC tag attached to the item icons, but after the BLB was made live they did, as did the battle pass items and the BLB items, hence why I assumed they would all be effected. I appreciate you clearing that up!!!
