Was wondering if the Exiled will still get new biomes even after Siptha’s release.
There is a uge portion of the map (north east) that look like it could be open but i’m scared the dev team will only focus on patches and new content for Siptha.
Welcome to the forums, @Setisse. The dev team have addressed that question on several occasions, and the shortest answer is “no”.
The Exiled Lands map is as big as it can be considering the technical limitations of the game engine Conan Exiles uses. Trying to expand the map would lead to a malfunctioning game in those new biomes (e.g. physics not functioning correctly).
The areas that look open on the map are where the dungeons are physically located.
There was supposed to still be two more dungeons coming to the Exiled Lands, though nothing has been said about them ever since Siptah was announced, but hopefully they are still in the works.
Forget expanding the map, What I really want to know is if we will get some of cool features that are currently exclusive to Isle of siptah. specifically the ability to trigger our own purges.
this is especially needed because after a point actually getting a purge to spawn in the exile lands becomes almost impossible without basically living on the server …
Purges are half the reason to make an even half decent base .
It is frankly soul draining that its gated behind being only nearlly all of the time thanks to that stupid… STUPID decay system.
