Windows Dedicated Server Performance tips

So any tips on optimizing performance for a dedicated server, hosted at home? I have a I7-4790k with 32gb of ram, and two SSDs. One for OS (Win10) and one for the dedicated server. Connected to a 300/60 mb internet connection.

So besides the obvious stuff in Windows like setting the correct powerplan, and prioritize the ConanSandbox.exe process, are there any other proven performance tips?

Is fiddling with “ConfiguredInternetspeed” still a thing, and if it is, what is the best way to determine the value, and which settings file is the correct one? Are there also client side settings? Or is this best left alone?

And how about Tick rate?

Let me have all your best tricks
