Every ■■■■■■■■ official server in Conan has 8 - 15 undermesh bases. It would take maybe a week for a dev to fly down there and do their job for once. It’s not difficult. I do it for private servers. So why are the devs so incompetent

This isn’t a true massively multiplayer game that requires active administrative monitoring.
Yes it does obviously. They just fail miserably at their job
Devs are implementers, not deciders. Your ire should be directed at the production team leads, not the folks doing what they are told to do.
I understand your anger, but misdirecting it does nothing to address the issue.
The thing is: if they would do it maybe once per week, the amount of undermesh or fly bases would decrease drastically, because people will be less inclined to build there again because of the fear of getting removed again.
Even once a week across hundreds of servers is still quite a lot of man-hours. Especially given that they would have to actively search for these things.
If they at least followed up on reports, that could narrow down the searches, but even then it’s still potentially quite a lot of time required. (Potentially worth it since, as you suggest, over time it might reduce the number of people willing to keep doing it, but they still need to have the time/people in the first place.)
Developers DEVELOPE code in order to create a game. They are NOT administrators. Why are you so incompetent that you cannot grasp the difference between the two? 
Wait… So you DO understand the difference? 
Well then, why don’t you volunteer to do this for the 700+ servers across the multiple platforms that this game runs on? I’m sure you’ll find them all in a couple days right?
Of course the bigger question remains. Why is the player base so incompetent that they CANNOT PLAY ANY OTHER WAY? This is not to say that all of the players play in such a manner, but clearly this is a vast issue (and has been for 8 years now), so what is so wrong with the mentality of the players (specifically on that one server type, you know which one) that they CANNOT PLAY THE GAME WITHOUT RESORTING TO EXPLOITING AND HACKING AT ALL TIMES? It certainly sounds to me that the sheer level of incompetence is stemming from those people engaging in said behaviors.
During Covid, funcom seemed to have a zero tolerance policy for cheating when they did mass ban waves for meshers/exploiters.
Those were the good days…
The game has a low player base and is barely being maintained atm. I wouldn’t be surprised if console has 1 admin in charge of all servers, which means it could take weeks or months to address reports.

Now wait one damn minute. Those devs, those incompetent devs say “ahem, now you all follow our rules or we will ban you! " And for years, nothing. They threaten the under-meshers and make birds flying over a hand reaching from under the sand at the beginning desert to show how tough they are.Then they change the rules, get a wild hair in their butts and ban everything that walks, then they say " nope, console is so hard to deal with, waaa”, and forget us for another year. Then they say “we are gonna merge your servers and start transports again to other servers because of the merges.” Then they don’t merge us on console, they ■■■ up transports and turn off decay timers because of it. Then they turn back on the decay timers even tho so many people are stuck on different servers, and now many have lost their bases as of yesterday. So don’t defend them and say they don’t admin. They do when it suits them and don’t when it doesn’t.

You truly seem to not comprehend what DEVELOPERS do. What you are describing about has literal fvckall to do with developers. Learn the structure of businesses and what the departments of said business do before you blame people for shyte they have absolutely nothing to do with.
Know what, don’t care. They are all under the funcom umbrella. Admins, devs, the guy who cleans toilets. Whomever it is, they suck and I know it’s changed hands and heads over the years so much, who tf know who is doing what coz it’s a cluster f.

Let us say
“I’d wish undermesh bases would be deleted.”
instead of
“Funcom is incompetent, because they don’t delete undermesh bases.”
We, as customers, don’t know why something like that happens or doesn’t happen. Incompetence or unwillingness of the developers is a very unlikely candidate. But even that aside, it just doesn’t help to blame or even insult people you want help from.
The demand is valid, the anger or frustration is valid, venting that is valid, but lashing out at more or less random people is not helpful.

Scream at the clerk. At least THEY’LL know how angry you are and that will make you feel important.
If the manager and owner are both standing there and can hear also, yelling at the clerk may actually get the point across and initiate change
