Wisp spell only working once

Bug Description:

Can only cast light wisp once. Cast it to turn on and it works. Cast it again to turn it off. When cast again I get the animation and the corruption but no light wisp shows up. Only a server restart will fix it and then only once.

Didn’t know casting it a 2nd time would turn it off…i always let it run its course and it eventually goes away.
