***We started single. Player, played for 2 hours, then when we tried. today. My friends couldnt connect.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Play co op on xbox like we did
I’m still having this issue, we played well the first time but now when they try to join it says unable to connect to server and failed to join requested game.
Hello @Cin, thank you for reaching out, could you ensure that both consoles are on a wired connection?
Have you both tried to reset the console cache or to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps?
Do either of you have any issues connecting to an online server?
One is wired other is wifi, I did try the other stuff and nothing changed
We can connect to offical servers but they look like a horrible disaster. Just want to play from the start, plus we dont care for pvp
Could you please ensure both consoles are on a wired connection as any instabilities caused by wifi connections can interfere with the coop session joining process?
I dont have a way to hook a wire to another place, Im kinda in a hospital bed.
We got some help and got 2 wired xboxes and failed to join connected game we are a room apart

In the meantime, we’ve had users reporting that resetting the router (unplugging it for about 30 seconds) might help, as well as trying successive attempts.
