Yup you guessed it, my payment is stuck in PENDING for 2 days now. I have recently returned after many years and want to play but dont want to be FTP. SO sure I will drop a few bucks and resub. But NO, account is stuck in pending. By looking at these forums it seems this is a bad issue and happens frequently. Please get this sorted out.

Don’t worry if it’s pending …it usually takes a couple of days to clear if your paying by card up to 4 days is the max
OK so on t he account page it finally says APPROVED…YAY!!! Ya no, not yay. Log into game and I am still FTP. This is not looking good for me as a returning player. I have always liked this game, want to come back and play and if this is whats going to happen whenever I want to buy something I will just move along and continue my MMO wandering until something else comes out.
So almost a week now, still in FTP status as far as I can tell. On my account page it says valid until 2021-07-06, payment says approved. But when I log into the game I can only access the few chars I unlocked, and it has to go premium button on the bottom of the screen. I would like to access the premium that i have paid for, preferably before the time I paid for runs out. Payment ID is 123367925
