Zendesk platform seems unavailable for issue reporting.
Is it me or am I using the wrong URL: https://funcom.zendesk.com/hc/
They seem to not be using zendesk anymore there is another way to report see the thread here
So, where can I report server issue, bug and player report?
If you read the thread it will say where to file new report
