The last 180 Member Loyalty Reward was offered on January 31st, 2018. This reward was already off-schedule, making the 180 day reward period late.
To get back on track with the 180 day promised interval for rewards, will the new Loyalty Reward be offered this month (May) or sometime later? If the subscriber reward is offered later, then Funcom has not fulfilled its pledge to give its subscribers a reward every 180 days from the inception of the program.
So, any word on this from the developer(s)? When will the next subscriber Loyalty Reward drop?
No update on the next Member Loyalty Reward? I would like a response from a dev concerning this.
They only answer when it suits them, similar to Petitions with certain individuals in game…
Maybe if we add some $$$ signs to chat they will read it, thats the only time they come alive when they are claiming money… so what do you say Funcom you out there? $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

The rewards are supposed to be on a 180 day schedule, so again Funcom is violating the terms of its advertised Subscriber agreement.
They violated a lot of things down the years , they great at turning a blind eye …
The last Member Loyalty Reward was offered at the end of January 2018 (the GM mini-pet and the cosmetic crown). Even allowing for the period to be reset at the end of January, the next Reward should be offered by the end of this month (July). Don’t make me contact the BBB again, Funcom!

Better Business Bureau. Last time Funcom was late on the loyalty rewards he filed a formal complaint. Soon after, out came the late loyalty reward.

so you can bring new boxes, but you can’t make them into 1080 days rewards? Come on Funcom… we know you are lazy as f**k around age of conan, but that can’t be much work
The trash boxes make them more money, its all they care about not the players behind the screens…
