1040 is still a never ending loading screen

I don’t understand it … first we can just join and play … a few hours later we log in again and :
A never ending loading screen …
After the last replies of funcom I was hopeful that it’s fixed…
But honestly it’s not .
Pls funcom … this is heavy frustrating specially for the community that doesn’t have much time to play .
Fix it .
