#3530 Decay Timers are not right (I will try not to swear)

I log in once per week to reset decay timers.

Log in today, 2 VERY LARGE BASES GONE!

Don’t tell me the decay timers were changed back as I am well aware of that and I am sure they are greater than 1 week.

Anyways this is BS. SECOND TIME IT HAS HAPPENED.

All of the bases were “connected” even though they were massive. How are there remnants of a base left?!? They should be 100% gone unless there is something not right in the game. Wouldn’t shock me though. No PS4 updates since May. What an absolute joke.

I want a roll back or at least some explanation as to why this keeps happening.

5000 hours gone. I assume no one from the game team will address this issue.

VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

Spend 5000+ hours building bases, log in every 7 days and visit them all only to have them disappear.

I wonder why I am not happy?

Hello @CDUBFIVE, the maximum decay timer for the PS4 Official servers is currently set to 7 days, which might slightly deviate due to server restarts and building score (defined by size and tier).

If your base is set as abandoned, other players may dismantle it before it disappears, which explains the remnants.

We’re also unable to provide rollbacks or restore any assets.
