Yes friends as simple as the title would imply. I am not an expert on Conan lore, so I am not certain if the Hyborians had drawers or not. But if they did, I would like to request some. We have Cupboards and Chests, I feel it would be great if we had a Chest of Drawers we could also use as a storage alternative. Great for PvE, roleplaying, and those of us who store items. Aesthetically, it would make for a nice, practical addition to our homes.
So Funcom, any chance of a Chest of Drawers, and do any other community members agree…?

I personally think there should be more storage alternatives in general, including more shelf options. Would also love to see storage containers for resources which fill up visually the more you add (at least for some of the basic ones like fiber, stone, etc.). But that’s just because we’re building and deco obsessed at Pixelcave… I don’t want to distract from the great Chest of Drawers suggestion (which, by the way, would be a perfect addition for our 2020 HYBOREA catalogue ).
Yeah there are a number of storage options which I feel could make for nice additions too. Some larger Shelf options would be nice, as it can be tricky getting items to sit on them. I could also get behind an XL Chest (of upgrade the capacity of Large Crates) and a Smaller Vault; say around the size of a foundation block (ie- 1×1×1). Some decorative ‘full’ Chests. A chest full of Bone or Skulls would be delightful.

This could also have a practical use, not just aesthetic, more storage options means more places to store items, meaning you can scatter valuables through a larger amount of placeable storage options (especially if they blend in), making raiders take longer looting your place, meaning greater likelihood of them getting caught.
Ok that is an interesting possibility which I had not considered. So it would actually have some level of practical benefit to PvP players too. Now I can see why it would also make sense to have Barrels changed into a storage item as well. I really hope we can get a nod and a go ahead on this item; it is a lot of ‘likes’ and support!
That actually comes as a surprise. I thought for sure that Emberlight or Exiled Lands Improved or one of them would have had them for sure. Perhaps it was just an oversight? As with real life, sometimes it is the most simple or obvious things which are overlooked or forgotten. But if any mod creators are reading this, the please…by all means add some.
I feel they would make a fine addition to the base game.
