A couple minor graphical issues

Bug Description:

These two graphical issues aren’t really related, but I discovered them both at the same time, and they don’t seem significant enough to warrant two separate reports.

First one is pretty straightforward. The sacrificial knife has no texture:

Second one, the hand seems to be disconnected from the arm on female characters while wearing Lemurian Royal Gown:

Tested with various other outfits, and no outfit at all, as well as with male characters. This seems to be limited to only females and only the Lemurian Royal Gown as far as I can find.

I have found an additional graphical bug with female characters wearing the Lemurian Royal Gown. It seems to happen while wearing certain sandals, causing the shins to vanish:

Also tested with male characters, and again, this bug seems to be exclusive to female characters.
