A player exploiting the exessive spam banning of clans on server

Is this an intricate plot to get more viewers on Twitch? Guerilla Marketing style?

Not at all people don’t like me because I constantly engage in battle with everyone on the server and never back down. Even after they tried to ban me, I returned with the fury and resilience of a Phoenix rising from the ashes. My spirit is unbreakable, and my determination to dominate the server is unstoppable. As Brazen Fate, I embrace every challenge and conflict, proving time and again that I am a force to be reckoned with. My name echoes through the virtual battlefield, and my legacy is one of relentless combat and unwavering resolve.

if you are resorting to reporting pvp, I only have pitty for you

I will not leave the server. My clan, Noble Savages, was the first on the server. We’ve encountered trolls with higher intelligence, intensity and influence. Ignoring annoyances is easy and done with a grin.

Translation:

ā€œI got reported and suspended. That pissed me off, so I decided to turn reporting into a ā€˜strategy’. That pissed off everyone else on the server, so they came here to complain. I found out about it and came here to troll them. Driving more traffic to my Twitch channel is just a nice bonus.ā€

It’s the same old crappy PVE-C drama, except that it incorporates spam reporting. Most of the facts come from this thread and a recording of his Twitch stream. The aforementioned recording is now hidden, but in it he bragged about using reporting as a ā€œstrategyā€.

The only ā€œspicyā€ detail is that his rivals are accusing him of bragging how he’s affiliated with Funcom, which would be a naughty no-no that could get him banned. I don’t know if it’s true or not, because I couldn’t be arsed to watch 3+ hours of that Twitch recording before it got hidden. I’ll leave speculation about why it was hidden to others.

The canned response letter from funcom assured us he was not an employee in any way. So it seems as long as you record anything you want, say anything you want, if its visual/audio is played on another platform, funcom says its okay to be as needy as you want.

Also, my clan and i refuse to live in an ugly sandstone cube like he does.

It was years ago, before TOS, that i witnessed a summary of clans in PlayStation discussion complaining about almost the same. It was a pve server and back then the habit that existed was to circle and close the Obelisks.
So since it was PlayStation and i could easily join, i joined to see what’s really going on.
The player that was accused for rounding Obelisks was correctly accused, he was indeed spamming sandstone foundations all around the Obelisks that were ā€œfreeā€.
But i stayed a bit to watch all the builds this server had!
Well…
The restart of this server took 45 minutes. The server was down for 45 minutes and I was liberal refreshing for 45 minutes until the server show up in the list again.
It was a BUILDER server you see, if we had natural needs in this game you wouldn’t find a rock or a leaf to clean your self without someone accused you that you did it in his yard.
The ones that felt offended abd came to the forum to report, had literally blocked areas with amazing decorated China walls, and had gates occasionally for people to pass…
Oh…
How sweet…

Building rules doesn’t look beautiful or ugly!

Use knife and a sword will answer.

Stop blaming people that build ugly and destroy your server, because IT’S NOT YOUR SERVER, all the servers belong to Funcom!

Stop reporting people because you don’t know how to clean the mess you already started. And if a referee comes and tell you that you are wrong, then blame the referee…

I’ve seen enough here. Same story different actors!

You must pity everyone on the server then because they started it. I’m just finishing it, period. I’m giving back what I get, holding my ground, and showing them that they can’t push me around. I’m the storm they never saw coming, relentless and unyielding. Keeping things intense, making sure everyone knows not to mess with Clan Death Omen. They wanted a fight; they got a war.

You may used a sword but expect a hanumans gada.
Continue troubling Funcom and Zendesk and costumers support will answer in a way you don’t expect. This ain’t an ā€œomenā€ it’s the natural flow of things, gather your self!

What’s wrong with you people? It’s a game!

ā€œI firmly believe the wisest choice is for you to leave this server, because I have no intention of ever backing down. With hundreds of days and thousands of hours invested in this game, my resilience is unmatched. You’ve never encountered someone like me — I define resilience, intelligence, intensity, and influence. It’s just you against me now. Rest assured, I’m watching everything, and while this isn’t a threat, it’s a promise: your actions will not go unanswered.ā€

Like 5 year olds on a play ground.

I agreešŸ‘šŸ¾

Are you the clan that is built on the river east of the mounds? Just north of Riversend?

I would suggest reporting any recorded content insinuating threats and whatnot to Twitch. I have already begun to do so. Also, continuously reporting streams while it is live is another (albeit less morally sound) way to fight fire with fire.

It is in Funcom’s hands to remedy this situation and I don’t think you or anyone in 2508 should relent in your pursuit of a permaban.
