I am not familiar with Twitch enough to know if there is an option or if there is some kind of way to delete videos but if you haven’t already I do suggest you download/get a copy of the videos that have the evidence. Just in case he can delete or if Twitch acts too quickly.

A clan ally got a twitch account just for that reason and downloaded the video. He then sent it to several of us, so copies are spread as well as my 2 page report summary with the time stamps accompanying.

Eluding to what people have said is eluding to that person. You might think you are being cleaver, but you’re not.
No one has ever said there are no one spamming zendesk reports. It has been pointed out that it is a exploitive PVP tactic. Just some of us don’t think they are the bogymen some one else has convinced themselves they are.
See how that works? I never once refered to you but everyone knows whom I was talking about.

Maybe if you, @Hpgemini81 and any others who were affected by this could send in a ticket requesting a rollback?
While rollbacks are rare I know it has happened on occasion to a few servers for huge issues. One I remember distinctly was an old save being copied over onto a server, it had to be rolled back to the day prior to get everyone’s buildings back.
Don’t put too much faith into it. But if Funcom would have the integrity to realize that this person was being malicious and if enough of you come forward with tickets for impersonation/threats/using Zendesk as a weapon plus asking for a rollback, maybe they might consider it.

Correct, the OP has made another case of a mass/serial reporter, which adds to the proof they exist.
Ever think that it was an observation I made to myself? How many times in the forums, if I want to talk to someone, or mention them, I do. I aint gonna hide behind being “clever”
People have said there are mass or serial reporters and there has been people who said no such thing happens. I myself have made the claims of people who hop servers to find people to report - which does happen - and has been called a conspiracy theorist. I keep track.

Like I asked Codemage, whats the lie? Was it the line “I keep hearing they dont exist”? Are you insinuating thats a lie? So not one person, ever, in the history of Conan has ever said mass or serial reporters arent a thing?
You may want to rethink that.
Lets assume you are correct in this (which you arent, but lets humor). If you know I wasnt talking to you, why did you even respond? You thought it was a dig or shot at you, because why? Is it because it refers to something you said? If you never said it then it would never refer to you, meaning everything youve said to me has been off topic and unnecessary.
Since thats not the case, and I made a general observation and statement to myself, it involved no one but me. I know that might be hard to grasp, but thats all it was. If I wanted to dig at you, or Codemage, or anyone else, I would reply or quote, or tag you. None of those happened, so you guys manufactured an issue.
Since you did that, my second reply is on point, that the replies are off topic. What happened next? The guilty accuse me of derailing. Cute. Wrong, but still cute.

Hi. I am a first-time forum user and a longtime Exiles player. The clan my brother and I have created on PVE-C has fallen victim to this very same incident, ie “Land abuse claims”. No warnings. No messages.
Our clan was in existence since 2018 on Exiled Lands and we were well respected by a lot of the other longtime players on the same server. We had no issues with anyone and were happy to give stuff to other players if they were desperate. We stuck to the ToC rules for all aspects of the game.
We owned two bases at opposite areas of the map - elaborate, detailed builds in out of the way places on very small footprints. And, yes, they were very well stocked! I even won the runner-up prize for a small build competition in August 2023 which I had left displayed for anyone wanting building inspiration.
It is a shame to see other gamers treat people this way, submitting falsified ToC breaches just so they can “loot their stuff”. Laziness! Show respect to the game, follow the ToC, and collect the stuff the same way Real Gamers do - tackle the bosses head on and explore the map to discover things for yourself!
If this is too ‘tedious’ then go on to PVP. Leave the clans on PVE-C and PVE alone to do their thing in their own time.

The November 2021 change in the ToS weaponized reporting.
There is nothing you can do because there is no quantifiable ruleset for safe versus banned. Since the system relies on reporting, it will never be enforced in a consistent manner and a build can exist for years until it is reported.
I don’t have a solution to public servers, but this is why I moved to private servers 3 years ago.
As has been stated funcom gives none.
Then what did the funcom admin that investigated find that was a violation?
Which is a ToC violation that will get you banned. if it was a false report.
It takes more then one report to get funcom admin to investigate. So your options are another player on the server with an ax to grind. The legendary traveling server reported, or you hacked off another clan and got clan reported.
As I see it there are 2 solutions one is costly the other requires a recording of the game, so also costly. But coding in hard building restrictions is a one time cost.
It’s problematic that this thread has been derailed by bickering.
This issue is a serious one, the player/streamer in question is crazy and I would honestly be concerned if he was threatening me. I have to scroll through 45 nonsense comments of the usual suspects bickering and arguing, just looking for a followup to the OP.

Is it possible I’ve had conversations with people who have had the stance that mass/serial reporters indeed don’t exist? Ever think those conversations didn’t involve you whatsoever?

Brazen Fate yet again!
It seems that FunCom ha decided to only enforce the rules they choose. He is able to ban anyone he wishes and when many players point out his abuse of rules, the admin says nothing can be done and sends out a canned letter to us all. Way to ******** go FunCom.

Highly suggest moving servers at this point. I know that sounds awful, and it sucks, but at least you’ll escape this psychopath. Hopefully.
My only other suggestion is to fight fire with fire and build minimally, nowhere near any game content or anything that can remotely be reported. Don’t give him anything to viably report. Read all of the rules. “Village style” builds are against the rules and that is one that A LOT of people break. Bridges, decorative land claim is another.
