I don’t think we currently have plans to incorporate intercourse into the game. Not sure if you’re on PC, but there’ bound to be a mod or something that has something similar? Maybe. Sorry about that!
You don’t get naked JUST for intercourse. You are an exile that is literally nailed to a cross. They would very likely not leave any clothes on you. This is the world of barbarians and Robert E Howard. It’s a brutal one.
